CNC Rotary Draw Bending:

We offers CNC controlled rotary draw bending. The process uses a precision mandrel, pressure die, wiper die, and clamp die that draw the tubing over the bend die. This provides a smooth, aesthetically pleasing appearance while maintaining the full diameter of the tube throughout the bend area.

Laser Cut Bending:

By laser cutting away three sides of the tube, the position of a bend can be determined very accurately. The bend angle is set by the angle of the cut edges. Without the laser process, two pieces of tube would have been required to achieve the same joint -and extra welding would be required. The tube can now be bent to the correct angle by hand.
